• Stop messages: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.
• Request deletion of your data: email support@rockywaterapps.com from or referencing the mobile number associated with your account, and we will process your request. Subject to the retention exceptions in Section 3, we will delete your personal information.
• Access and correction: you may contact us at the email above to request access to or correction of your information.

Depending on where you live (for example, under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA in California or the GDPR in the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a regulator.
